Today the level of education is soaring high in the sky in all fields. When it comes to health sector, one cannot deny how valuable it is to focus on health. As scientific discoveries and inventions in the field of Medicine are stunning for the entire mankind, the field of Medical and Nursing has to comply with the latest technology and knowledge to remain at par. I am sure that the education in Medical and Nursing is also taking a new turn in the dimensions of caring attitude, leadership style, research and need to maintain the high quality and standards as per benchmarks.

Keeping this vision the Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences was started in 2011 and College of Nursing started functioning adjacent to the CMH in 2013. The college has good infrastructure facilities, as per the norms of PMC. Qualified, experienced and efficient teaching faculty meets the educational needs of the students.

The students are encouraged and motivated to participate in extracurricular activities in and outside the college. The Institution apart from imparting the knowledge and skill to become the competent professional, it also ensures that the students will be moulded to become a good and responsible citizen of Pakistan by offering them the training needed for developing personality.

I would like to congratulate the Faculty, Students and Administration of Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences for the wonderful college and conduct of Academic Curriculum that has resulted in achieving the desired goals to embark on a satisfying and challenging career.
