STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs)
Mid-Block, EOB, Pre-Annual & NUMS Professional Examinations
Students must adhere to the following SOPs during all Theory & Practical Exams:
1. Reporting Time
Students must report to the examination venue 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
2. Required Documents for Entry
The following documents are mandatory for entry into the examination hall:
For Block Exams & Class Tests:
- CNIC
- Student College ID Card
For Professional Exams:
- CNIC
- Student College ID Card
- Roll Number Slip
Note: Students will not be permitted to enter the examination venue without the required documents.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination venue:
- Mobile phones / Smartphones
- Smart watches
- Electronic gadgets
- Notes, books, or any helping material
- Any unauthorized item
4. Stationery Rules
- Only transparent stationery pouches are allowed.
- Opaque bags, pencil cases, and pouches are not permitted.
5. Dress Code
Students must appear in the prescribed institutional uniform and adhere to the approved dress code policy.
6. Disciplinary Action
Any violation of the above SOPs will be treated as misconduct and may result in disciplinary action. The matter will be referred to the Disciplinary Committee and/or Unfair Means Committee for further proceedings.
